This post is about WP-DBManager plugin for wordpress database backup.
And also note how to backup and optimization of sql database backup manually by use phpMyAdmin.

back up the database with WP-DBManager
1.install and activate the plug-in
2.When you activate the plug-in, warning may appear on the management screen "Your backup folder MIGHT be visible to the public.".
3.Go to the folder "wp-content/plugins/wp-dbmanager", such as FTP software
4.copy the "htaccess.txt" file
5.paste the "wp-content/backup-db" folder you copied the "htaccess.txt"
6.rename a file to ".htaccess"
7.go to the "Database > Backup Database" from the management screen of wordpress
8.check a warning of the red characters are not out in the pages of the "Backup Database"
9.Click the button on the "Backup" page of the "Backup Database"
10.Then, backup is created in the folder of "wp-content/backup-db".
optimize the database with WP-DBManager
※ Before optimizing First of all, please be backed up.
1.go to the "Database> Optimize Database" from the menu on the management screen
2.Click on the page "Optimize"
The decision is made to clean the database is optimized really, before you run the optimization...
Move to "Log in to phpMyAdmin > wordpress database name ".
Sorted by clicking on the column in the database called "overhead".
Part of this overhead is where the optimization of the "garbage".
Backing up the database manually in phpMyAdmin
Please do run after making a backup of the database.
1.log in to phpMyAdmin
2.click on the wordpress database name.
Maybe, there is a database as "name you decide to wordpress initial setting" and "information_schema".
3.Click on the export
4.Download by clicking on the "GO"
